A friend told me about Austin Cleaning Expert for my short-term rental in the Austin Area. From the very first cleaning, I noticed their attention to details. Every corner, appliance, and bathroom was spotless, and they even noticed little things like organizing throw pillows and neatly folding towels to make the space look extra inviting. Reliable, friendly, and worth every penny!

I hate to say it but finding a cleaner that is reliable, affordable and MOST importantly has a great attention to detail is harder than finding your soulmate!! Well as far as home cleaning companies go Austin Cleaning Experts is my new soulmate. From the ease of booking an appointment to speaking to their team about the specific needs I needed addressed and then the cleaner they sent it could not have been easier. My cleaner showed up early, walked the entire house with me to make sure nothing was missed while taking before pics as we went along. When she was done she walked the entire house with me again and pointed out the areas that I asked for special attention to be taken all while taking pictures of the completed job. Before she wrapped up she walked me through a HIGHLY DETAILED checklist to again make sure nothing was missed. I was absolutely blown away!!! The minute she left I was on the phone setting up a twice a month schedule for the rest of the year. In the age of getting half assed results for premium dollars my faith has been restored, at least as far as getting my house cleaned. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
We invited this company to clean our rental place in south Austin and they did an excellent job! I wouldn't say our previous tenants were messy, but they didn't do any cleaning after the move-out so there were dirty boot marks all over the floor. Austin Cleaning Experts did a really thorough work-up on our house and made it stage-ready and fresh-smelling. The kitchen looks especially great, especially the range oven which had been coated in sticky grime. The service was professional and courteous, and I plan to use it again.
The house felt so refreshed after the cleaning—it was such a nice reset. The team was on time, professional, and paid attention to the little details, which I really appreciated. Things like the baseboards and corners looked noticeably better, and it just made the whole space feel calmer. I’ll definitely be reaching out again when things get hectic.
